Announcing its return to the Nepali market, Coolpad debuted the Coolpad Cool 6 model. It served as the gadget’s premiere on a global scale. With the introduction of the new N7 Plus, the company has rapidly increased the range of its offerings. Let’s look at the Coolpad N7 Plus’s specifications, features, cost, and availability in Nepal.
Display
Polycarbonate is used to make the curved back of the Coolpad N7 Plus. It has a glasstic finish on the back and a twin camera module in the top left corner that is pill-shaped. The phone also sports a dewdrop notch on the front, where a selfie camera is located. It also includes a fingerprint scanner located on the back.
Contrary to what the company said, the Coolpad N7 Plus’s 6.53-inch HD+ LCD panel has a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, not FHD+ as stated by the company. It has a 19:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 270 PPI.
Performance
The chipset in the Coolpad N7 Plus is the MediaTek Helio P22. The chipset appears obsolete, and even devices in the same price range as the Realme C11 and Redmi 9C have MediaTek’s gaming-focused Helio G-series CPU. In terms of memory, there is just one memory configuration for the device: 4GB + 64GB. The latter can be expanded by an external microSD card up to 256GB.
Camera
The back of the Coolpad N7 Plus sports a dual-camera configuration. Here, the main camera has a 20MP back camera. A 2MP secondary camera is added for the Bokeh effect. On the front, Coolpad has added a second 20MP sensor for the selfie camera.
Other Features
A 4,000mAh battery powers the gadget. It has a Type-C port, which is uncommon for a device in this price category. There is a 10W power adaptor in the box. The gadget has a hardware fingerprint scanner for biometrics on the back. However, users have the option of using the face unlock feature to unlock their devices. The gadget includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM, and OTG support.
